Address Book
The Global Address Book in Outlook is a great place to find info about your coworkers. Information includes:
- Name
- Title
- Department
- Phone
- Location
- Manager
- Message History (Teams and Email)
- Shared Files (files they sent you)
Accessing this information is really simple:
Click the People tab on the right
- Click Default Global Address List in the Directory drop down
The title, phone number, and location will match what shows up in your email signature. It is against company policy to have personal cellphone numbers in email signatures. This is so calls can be redirected in the event an employee is not available to take them (medical emergency, time off, etc.).
