Basic Navigation

Left Margin

The left margin lets you quickly navigate between all the areas of Pipedrive. With one click you can jump from Deals to Activities.

You can see what each icon represents by hovering over it. Additionally, you'll see a number listed next to it. This is a keyboard shortcut to go to that page. As you can see below, Activities has a 5 listed next to it. So if you want to quickly jump from any other page to Activities simply press the 5 key on your keyboard.

Change the View

Deals

The default view for Deals is the pipeline view. Sometimes it can be helpful to see deals in a big table, like how you see Organizations and People. Pipedrive calls that big table the list view.

To change from pipeline view to list view simply click the toggle in the top, left of the Deals page. The left option is for pipeline view (default), the middle option is for list view (like organizations and people), and the right option is for forecast view.

As we improve our data integrity we will be able to use forecast view. At this time we do not have accurate enough information, particularly deal lifecycle, for accurate forecasting.

Activities

The default view for Activities is the list view. You can toggle this to calendar view if you want the same information organized in a different way.
